• Electronic waste not designated for recycling under the contract.
• Illegal substances or items prohibited by local laws.

7. Collection and Disposal Procedures

The Service Provider will follow standardized procedures for the collection and disposal of waste. This includes secure transportation, proper segregation, and environmentally friendly disposal methods. Any breach of these procedures may result in termination of services.

8. Liability and Insurance

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with a written notice of 30 days. Termination can occur due to breach of terms, insolvency, or other significant reasons. 10. Governing Law
